How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order, or contact our support team and we will help you start the request with Paddle.
After a refund
Once a refund is processed, your subscription access ends and the plan is cancelled. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, and the timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep access until the end of your paid period. Cancelling stops future renewals; it is not a refund in itself. For a refund within the 30-day window, follow the steps above.
