We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. The Seller is CFS Global, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact our support team with your account email and PayU payment reference. Approved refunds are issued through PayU to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.
After a refund
Once a refund is processed, your subscription access ends and the plan is cancelled. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, and the timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep access until the end of your paid period. Cancelling stops future renewals; it is not a refund in itself. For a refund within the 30-day window, follow the steps above.
